At ELLE we care for our clients to the best of our ability and to the best of our knowledge. If you are dissatisfied or have a complaint, we sincerely hope that you will share this with us, so we can hear from you what you are dissatisfied about.

If you prefer to discuss the complaint with an external party, this is also possible. Every midwife has a complaints-officer who can tell you more about your rights and advise you. Contact the complaints-officer of the Central Bureau for Complaints Management in Healthcare (CBKZ).

If the complaints-officer is unable to mediate sufficiently, you can also submit the complaint to the Disputes Commission for Obstetrics.
