Our care

Postpartum period

Your postpartum time starts here — rest, care, and attention for the whole family. After birth, we stay close to help you relax, recover, and adjust to new life with your baby.

Our postpartum care

Multiple visits
We check how you and your baby are doing, so you feel fully supported.
Focus on recovery
We monitor your recovery and give advice when you need it.
Feeding guidance
We help you get started with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding and involve a lactation consultant if needed.
Pelvic floor support
We advise you and refer you to a postpartum pelvic physiotherapist if necessary.
Help with maternity care choices
While you arrange maternity care, we think along and give guidance.
Extra Care
Our support doesn’t stop after the first postpartum week. We care for you up to 6 weeks after birth.
