If you prefer to discuss the complaint with an external party, this is also possible. Every midwifery practice has a complaints officer who can tell you more about your rights and advise you. Please contact the complaints officer of the Centraal Bureau Klachtenmanagement in de Zorg (CBKZ).
If the complaints officer cannot mediate sufficiently, you can submit the complaint to the Geschillen Instantie Verloskunde.
